We ship both within the United States and internationally.
We have shipped our artwork to France, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, Austria, and Switzerland.
For international orders, we recommend checking with us first before placing the order to ensure that delivery times and customs won't be an issue for your purchase.
A typical order is shipped within 2-3 business days.
We ship large and medium-sized paintings with UPS Ground in the US. It takes up to a week for the packages to reach the US East Coast and 2-3 days to the West Coast. International delivery times vary. Delivery times for small packages will be under one week.
Fine art prints are made to order, so they're typically shipped within 7-10 business days after placing an order.
Rush deliveries are available as well.
We'll provide you with a tracking number as soon as your shipment is sent.
Your artwork is shipped from our gallery in San Francisco, USA, via UPS Ground. Our best practices for artwork shipping include the 5 layers of protection:
1. nonabrasive foam pouch or paper to protect the paint,
2. multiple layers of bubble wrap,
3. foam corners to protect the corners and the frame,
4. heavy-duty corrugated double-wall recycled cardboard boxes,
5. tape-reinforced box corners.

Yes, absolutely.
If you live within 50 miles of San Francisco, we can deliver large paintings directly to you for free. Thus, saving you on the shipping costs.

All shipped artworks are insured by a third-party insurance carrier. UPS/FedEx "declared value" doesn't provide sufficient insurance coverage so we supplement it with a 3rd party insurance.
Returns and exchanges
Questions about our returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your artwork for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you received the artwork to request a replacement or return. As long as the artwork is in the original condition, we'll be happy to take it back.
This is really unfortunate, we're very sorry.
Please inform as soon as possible and include photos of the damage in the email and let us know if you'd like a refund or the damage can be repaired (e.g. damage to the frame or the painting itself)
1. Please contact us and let us know that you'd like to return your artwork. We'll be happy to accept returns within 30 days of you receiving it. If requested, we'll issue you a refund minus the shipping charges.
2. Let us know if a) the artwork was damaged or other reasons you'd like to return it; b) attach photos of the damage if it was damaged, c) if you'd like a refund, repair, or replacement.
3. Within 3-5 business days, we'll provide you with return postage and the instructions on how to return the artwork.
4. Please use the original packaging if possible to ship the artwork back to us
5. We'll issue the refund within 2 business days after we receive it

Absolutely, we'd love to. Finding good art is hard. Finding art that works for your budget is even harder. We understand that and would be happy to find art for you.
Send us an email and let us know a) size of the painting you're looking for, b) subject, colors or theme, c) price range. Within a few days, we'll send you 3-5 examples. We review and curate not only our own inventory but also reach out to other local and international artists. You have no obligation to buy, of course, and no fees for this service, we'll be happy to help.

Yes, you can. If you need some time to decide, please contact us with the name of the artwork, and we'll reserve it for you for up to 1 month.
We do. The discount depends on the size and artwork prices. Typically, if you buy three or more paintings, we can provide you with a discount. Let us know please.
